Can I track my order?

Yes, you can follow your order. You can log in using your Dokteronline.com account and track the status of your order in the “orders” file. You will also receive after sending your order by the pharmacy, an e-mail with a trace link allowing you to track your shipment. 

Warning: Unfortunately, not all international post systems use or recognize tracing codes. This does not mean that your order has not been sent by the pharmacy.

What should I do if the tracking link indicates that my order has been delivered but I have not received anything

If your order has not been delivered, we advise you to check if the sender left a message in your mailbox. If you have not received a delivery but the sender indicates that you have delivered the package, we advise you to contact the police. 

Until 2 weeks after the delivery date, it is possible to carry out an investigation. Please contact our customer service to start such an inquiry. This one normally lasts 14 working days. While the investigation is underway, it is impossible to place a new order at the pharmacy or get a refund.

What happens with my order if I’m not at home?

Your order is (usually) delivered via a sender with acknowledgment of receipt. You can track your package through the tracking link accessible through your Fastypharma.com account. If the sender has passed during your absence, it is your responsibility to contact him to make an appointment. If you do not contact the sender, your package will be returned to the pharmacy after a certain number of days. In this case, the pharmacy may charge you additional fees for the return of your order.

When can I wait for my order?

Dokteronline.com is an online doctor service and works with doctors and pharmacies. 

Requests placed and paid from Monday to Friday before 09:00 will be sent the same day to one of the doctors working with Fastypharma.com. The doctor will evaluate your request carefully. 

Once your application is approved, the doctor writes a prescription and sends it to one of the pharmacies working with Fastypharma.com. The pharmacy then checks the request again as an additional check and sends your order through the sender of choice. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment. Then your order will be delivered at home by the sender. This can also take a few working days.

Your health must be treated with care. As a result, this process is carried out discreetly and your request will be monitored and handled with due diligence.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be sent discreetly by the pharmacy working with Fastypharma.com. The sender usually requests a signature at the front desk but this is not always the case. Your order will be shipped in a neutral packaging so that the package is discreet.
