Areas of application

Tramadol Vidal is a well-known medicine that has many analgesic properties. It is mainly used for symptomatic treatments of more or less intense pain in an adult person. Tramadol must be absolutely used as a second option if aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen is ineffective. It can be consumed with one of these (mainly paracetamol) in case of severe pain, to greatly reduce pain of a greater or lesser intensity.
Tramadol interacts directly with a person’s nervous system, then acts on the brain and specific nerve cells in the spinal cord to relieve the pain that occurs there.
In moderate to severe pain, Tramadol can also be administered intravenously as a liquid solution.

How does he act? Active ingredient

Buying Tramadol, Tramadol is a product that exerts an action on nerve cells. As a result, in case of damage to the body, the nervous system will transmit a signal to the brain that will trigger a specific action to protect the body. Hence the pain. The pain that the body undergoes is in a way a response of the brain to the signal received.

This action consists in informing the brain of the manifestation of an injury, an infection or a disease, and that it is essential to take appropriate measures. It is therefore a process of survival that engages the brain of a person for the preservation of his body. The mission of Tramadol will be to prevent the signal generated by the nerves in case of strong stimuli does not reach the brain, or reaches the brain but low intensity. Thus, the pain felt will be weaker and less excruciating.

In a treatment for moderate or severe pain, Tramadol is most often prescribed when neither ibuprofen nor paracetamol are effective in relieving pain. Also, in case of serious and advanced pathology as a carcinogenic disease in the last phase, Tramadol alone can not be enough to relieve severe pain. In these cases, stronger and more effective painkillers such as methadone or morphine are used.

Buy Tramadol / Active ingredient

Tramadol is an opioid analgesic that exerts a central action (ie on the brain and nerve cells of the spinal cord). It is a partially agonist and nonselective element on morphine receptors. It is therefore fixed on the morphine receptors, mainly the μ, Ɣ, k receptors.

There are also other processes that play a large role in the analgesic effects of Tramadol. Indeed, the latter inhibits the reuptake of noradrenaline neurons and increases the release of serotonin.

Tramadol has an antitussive effect on the body and cough. However, unlike morphine, consumption of a wide range of doses of Tramadol has no effect on respiration or gastrointestinal motility, and even less effect on the cardiovascular system.

The power of Tramadol is estimated at 1/10, even 1/16 that of morphine.

Buy Tramadol / How to take Tramadol? Taking and Dosage

Tramadol can be taken in a treatment of more or less severe pain in an adult or a teenager aged over 15 years. The drug is in the form of several capsules that the patient must swallow with a glass of water.

As a pain-relieving medication, the dose of Tramadol that the doctor prescribes varies according to the intensity of the pain and the clinical reaction of each patient. It is therefore the minimum effective dosage that must be adopted daily.

Tramadol should not be taken for any longer than is recommended. If the pain becomes more severe and more unbearable after the period of administration, appropriate monitoring should be done to estimate the need for prolonged symptomatic treatment.

In case of severe pain, you need a dose of 100 mg of which 2 capsules of 50 mg, then a dose of 50 or 100 mg, then 1 or 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours of time. You should never exceed the maximum dose of 400 mg per day (8 capsules).

As part of a treatment of persistent pain, the recommended attack dose is 50 or 100 mg including 2 capsules, then 1 or 2 capsules each 4 to 6 hours of time while respecting the maximum dose of 400 mg per day (8 capsules).

Buy Tramadol  | Contraindications, side effects and risks

Tramadol is a medicine whose use requires some precautions. It has contraindications for its consumption during a treatment.
Tramadol is a drug absolutely prohibited in case of allergic reaction to tramadol hydrochloride, when taking products that can act on the nerve center such as alcohol, sleeping pills and other pain products, in case of treatment recently requiring the administration of antidepressants.

People who suffer from severe respiratory failure, epilepsy, or liver disease, and who are not under surveillance with appropriate therapy should not take Tramadol. This also applies to children under 15 years old.
It is absolutely not recommended to take Tramadol during pregnancy or breastfeeding if it is not the prescription of a doctor.

Tramadol is strongly discouraged from using morphine agonists or antagonists (buprenorphine, nalbuphine, pentazocine) or carbamazepine, a product prescribed for the treatment of epilepsy.

Seizures have been observed in patients receiving Tramadol at the recommended doses. The risk of convulsion is therefore higher if doses of Tramadol hydrochloride exceed the dose limit in 24h (400 mg, 8 capsules). Seizures can also occur in patients who reduce their epileptogenic threshold.

With over 15 years of pharmacy experience, I would have seen how tramadol helps our patient as an effective treatment of chronic pain with a lower risk of dependence and a low dependency ratio compared to its similar alternatives. As a professional pharmacist, I highly recommend tramadol as an opioid analgesic

  2. Jib

I have taken tramadol off and on for 3 years for hip bursitis and I also have suffered from depression for the last 30 years. When I take it I feel any signs of depression lift…I feel motivation to engage in life, my mind feels clear, and I have more energy. I recently had an honest conversation with my psychiatrist about using low dose tramadol for depression. I’ve tried a dozen different antidepressants with ton of side effects and hardly any good long lasting results. I don’t feel any side effects from the tramadol and 50 mg can last me all day. I do notice when it wears off but I don’t mind as I’ve had a good 8 hours feeling normal, not high. I am hopeful now. I’ve been able to just stop it without side effects when needed to so far…its such a low dose but does wonders.

After 45 years of having depression, I have realized that tramadol takes away the symptoms of depression better than antidepressants. I consider myself an expert in depression because I’ve survived this long and I’m still alive. No psychologist or psychiatrist in the world that knows this illness better than a person who’s had it all their lives. Reading the comments here it’s very sad to me that the organisation has so little concern for the welfare of the people who need this drug that they have demonized it and put it in the same category as heroin. If you are taking 50 mg a day of tramadol you can quit immediately. It is such a low dose that it’s sold in many countries (like Mexico) over the counter. Not only is our healthcare too expensive, we can’t even get treated with drugs that work. I hope doctors in America start to listen to their patients and read the testimonies here instead of what is dictated as real. It’s infuriating.

I have scoliosis and take one pill a day anywhere from 0-5 times a week depending on my pain which comes and goes erratically but makes me almost cry when it’s bad. I’m currently waiting for a doctor appointment so I can start physical therapy again. However, in the meantime tramadol is the only thing getting me through this rough patch. Fortunately, I find no real side effects other than relief of my general anxiety and I have absolutely no problems when I don’t take it. From reading these reviews it sounds like I’m one of the lucky ones. I’m blessed to have found this medication so I can work and be a good wife and mom

  5. Nikki

It has always good for me not too strong

  6. Glenn

My doctor prescribed Tramadol as a last resort for my lower back pain that had become unbearable while sleeping and it worked like a charm. Then, my doctor wanted me to try Cymbalta. That worked even better as it essentially eliminated my pain 24/7. Coming off Tramadol has been a different story. Many sleepless nights and restless leg syndrome for about a week.

  7. Tash

I suffer with a degenerative spine disease and the pain is worst at night so I take a tramodol before I go to sleep, it works and I sleep throughout the whole night. If I don’t take one before bed I really suffer with the pain in the night and don’t sleep, or very little.

  8. DC

After my 1st knee surgery the Dr. prescribed Tramadol for pain. After a few days I started having severe back pain, like a knife twisting back and forth. The pain was much worse at night and could NOT sleep. We googled Tramadol and read about all the side affects and I had several of the extreme ones. Guess I can’t tolerate it? After stopping the pills, it took about a week to be able to sleep at night. The pain was worse than child birth and/or passing a kidney stone!

  9. Ben

Hey I’m Ben, a college student. I have severe scoliosis in back and need surgery kinda soon 🙁 My doctor prescribed me Tramadol recently due to chronic back pain. I currently take 50 mg three times a day for moderate the pain. Sometimes more. My pain still exists slightly, but my depression is KILLED by the Tramadol 🙂 I feel energetic & motivated compared to before. I don’t seem to mind the back pain even though it’s still noticeable. Tramadol is the ultimate pain relief combo for me. However, I experienced withdrawal symptoms which included vomiting, restless leg syndrome, tiredness, chills, & profuse sweating. Felt like a fever! Tramadol is great when you’re on it, but really hard when you stop. Only other side effect I hated was SEVERE constipation. No joke, worst of my life. In conclusion, Tramadol helped me a lot for my chronic pain, but surprisingly useful for elevating my mood. Would have highly recommended Tramadol if getting off this drug was easier!

  10. jen

I have had on and off back pain from a prior injury. I was just dealing with the pain cause I didn’t want to take Ibuprofen all the time. My doctor prescribed the lower dose of Tramadol. All I can say is why didn’t I try this before? Not only does it mute the pain, the anxiety I feel Is just gone. I feel happy and my concentration is way better. I only take it when I can’t deal with the pain but, have started researching it for anxiety as well. So far no withdrawals but I do not take every day.

  11. Katz

Helps with almost everything, though temporary. I am prescribed 50mg every 4-6 hours as needed for lower back pain. It helps the pain 10/10, boosts my energy and reduces anxiety. It helps me focus and puts me in a good mood. I don’t take it everyday but I’m glad I have it for when I actually need it. The only side effect I’ve experienced while on it is increased heart rate. Regardless, this is a great, but ADDICTIVE drug. Don’t abuse it

  12. Juju

After car accident, back surgery, I have failed back syndrome, severe sciatica, neuropathy soles of feet, meragia (thighs numbness or pain in the outer thigh due to pinched or compressed nerve), I have used Ultram since 1998. First I used it just when required and slowly increased to 2- 3 day and it gives me life. I can keep my pain level at an endurable level and still teach classes, volunteer with seniors, drive car unimpaired. It is important for me. NSAIDs ate my stomach lining away. Tylenol causes heart palpitations. Some patients need this med to keep doing things and not encumbered with horrible sciatica and chronic pain, debilitating neuropathy. No cure for these conditions so must treat!

  13. TramGuy47

This medicine is a life savor. It’s given me my life back. Now it’s locked right with the control act. Such a shame for people who don’t abuse it and need it

  14. Tony

I have had severe chronic pain from a neck injury about 6 years ago which required me to have multilevel anterior and posterior cervical fusions. I have been taking 500mg of Tramal SR daily for the last 5 years and I can say this drug has saved my life. Some evenings I forget to take the 250mg dose ( I take 250mg in morning and 250mg in evening) and the next morning I feel terrible and cannot get out of bed. I immediately take my Tramal on waking and it takes about 2 – 3 hours for the drug to kick in before I can even get out of bed and perform basic functions. The good thing about Tramal is that it gives me no side affects whatsoever which is amazing

  15. Daphne

I started taking Tramadol for back pain.It was effective however the reason I’m still taking it is because it takes away all the symptoms of my sinusitis.I would love to know why this works when nothing else does!

  16. William

It’s very effective for burning pain, helps to reduce around 70-80% of the intensity of the pain. Just use as needed. No major side effects.

  17. GCP

I’ve been taking tramadol for years (arthritis, all over, spine, etc.) but doesn’t work as good as it used to. Have to take 2/3 to get relief but I am still good with it. Anyone having constipation issues should take a swig of mineral oil every day! It works wonders! It has no taste and pills didn’t help me.

  18. Rick

I have CIDP [chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy] in my hands with the myelin sheath around the nerves in my finger tips destroyed (nerves are exposed). I also have sensory Neuronopathy with chronic pain in the front of my thighs and lower legs. So yes I’m in a lot of pain. I take Tramadol ER 200mg in the morning and Tramadol 50mg approximately 8 hours later, depending on how much I use my hands and fingers the first 8 hours of my waking hours. Tramadol in both doses works to allowed me to do much more with my hands and fingers while clearly improving my way of life. Neither dose takes the pain away completely but certainly helps makes life bearable. Only side affect I have is constipation which I resolve with a stool softener.

  19. ReddP

I have been taking tramadol for about eight months for arthritis in my back. I used to take norcos 5/325 for the pain but it didn’t help. Tramadol works so good when it comes to my back pain it’s the only thing that helps. But the bad part about it is the itching and insomnia.

  20. Sarah

I was diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis after many years of untreated back pain (the pain would come and go over last 30 years). I was afraid to take Tramadol 50 mg when I read all the reviews and side effects. One thing I made my self understand is that everybody different. After taking Tylenol for Arthritis, 650 mg, reg Tylenol 100 mg, to no avail. I opted for the Tramadol and pain was reduced (not eliminated) good enough for me to do normal functions. I have not tried walking long distance or standing long time yet. My Neuro Dr. prescribed physical therapy and Gabapentin( I am really afraid of Gabapentin’s side effects) so I will stay with Tramadol and Physical Therapy for now.

  21. JPWhiteHome

After Meloxicam stopped being effective for my DDD back pain my doctor prescribed Tramadol. I did feel a little nauseous after taking the first 50MG tablet, but the quick pain relief and reduction in muscle tension was dramatic. The next day I noticed my thoracic back was flexing as I bent over in the shower, the first time in years. It seems to have broken the vicious cycle of pain causing muscle tension and muscle tension causing pain. My mental state has improved as well, due to being out of pain no doubt. My sleep is much improved. I have not experienced nausea taking Tramadol again. I read here about dependence and withdrawal. so I will reduce my dosage to one 50mg tablet every other day and stop prior to being on it for a week
